Rehearsals have begun at the Yugoslav Drama Theatre of Disco Pigs by Enda Walsh, directed by Simo Đukić. The cast includes Veljko Stevanović and Sara Simović. Translated by Predrag Štrbac, adapted by Sofija Dimitrijević, set and lighting design by Nađa Vukorep, costume design by Marija Milekić, original score and sound effects by Matej Rusmir. Choreography by Tamara Pjević.
In a dark park, on the outskirts of Pigtown, two wild teenagers, inseparable from birth, high on alcohol and soft drugs, celebrate their seventeenth birthday. Both have great fun reminiscing about the events from their past.
The production is scheduled to open in December this year on our Studio YDT stage.
