
For several years now the renowned designer Mirko Ilić has been winning awards and prizes for his design of posters for the Yugoslav Drama Theatre productions. One of them is the award of the prestigious American Graphis magazine. Ilić has already received this award for his posters for the productions of Kaspar, Who the Fuck Started All This, The Belgrade Trilogy, Offing, Lorenzaccio, Uncle Vanya, Nathan the Wise andThe Glass Neck.
And once again Graphis reserved its awards for Ilić’s work. The poster for the production of Oedipus received the Platinum award; the Silver awards went to the productions of Dr Auslender (Made for Germany) and Titus Andronicus while the poster for The Miracle at Šargan received a special award. The posters will be published in the Graphis annual publication.
