
The opening of Kaspar by Peter Handke, directed by Miloš Lolić, is scheduled for Friday, 12th March at 7pm on our Ljuba Tadić stage.
The cast includes Miodrag Dragičević, Nikola Rakočević, Anđelika Simić, Sanja Marković, Petar Benčina/Radovan Vujović and Miloš Samolov. Dramaturgy by Periša Perišić, set design by Jasmina Holbus, costume design by Maria Marković Milojev, original music composed by Nevena Glušica with Ljiljana Mrkić Popović in charge of speech coaching.
The play Kaspar (1968) by Nobel laureate Peter Handke is one of the most important works of post-war German literature. This production is directed by Miloš Lolić who has already directed several productions at the Yugoslav Drama Theatre, such as: The Journal of Čarnojević by Miloš Crnjanski (2014), Othello by William Shakespeare (2012), Dreamers by Robert Musil (2008), The Other Side by Dejan Dukovski (2006) and Tesla, Total Reflection by Marija Stojanović (Jugokoncert and the Yugoslav Drama Theatre, 2006).
Further performances of Kaspar are scheduled for Saturday, 13th , Sunday 14th and Friday 26th March.
