One of the leading theatre directors in Europe and the artistic director of the theatre in Barcelona, Carme Portaceli, came face to face with the seven most important antique female characters through her dramatisation of the early poetic prose by Marguerite Yourcenar which resulted in a transposition of the mythological foundations of European civilisation to the intimate level of modern day humans.

The City of Belgrade sponsored the project in its entirety.
