The prestigious American design magazine Graphis traditionally awards posters designed by Mirko Ilić for the Yugoslav Drama Theater productions. The same is this year.

Ilić received the Platinum Award for the poster for the production Man’s Teardrop, the Gold Award for The Metamorphosis and St. George Slays the Dragon, and the Silver Award for the posters for the productions Michael Kohlhaas and Cyrano.

The magazine Graphis was established in 1944 and is one of the most esteemed and most influential magazines promoting the best in the fields of design, advertising, photography and illustration. Every year, the magazine publishes the awarded works in its Annual, where the posters for the productions  The Development Path of Bora Šnajder, Pains of Youth, An Incident at the Border, The Tin Drum, The Loser, Disco Pigs, Oedipus, Titus Andronicus, The Miracle at Šargan, Dr Auslender, Kaspar, Who the Fuck Started All This, The Belgrade Trilogy, Offing, Lorenzaccio, Uncle Vanya, Nathan the Wise, and The Glass Neck have been published so far. This year, Graphis has published five new awarded posters that Ilić has designed for the YDT performances.
