Direction and Adaptation: Natasa Radulovic

Nataša Radulović The Loser

Nataša Radulović, the director of the play The Loser, has opted for one of the most significant literary works of the 19th century this time, namely The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde.

Wilde’s novel, which deals with an obsessive treatment of beauty, the external shell and what hides underneath it, is not only classified as great literature, but also a civilizational and cultural turning point in the manner we think and comprehend fundamental values and our era.

In his only novel, Wilde writes about sin and conscience, the dangers lurking in the big city and the distress of the soul.
