Jovana Belovic

Obtained her BA in acting in 2014 from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, where she studied under the mentorship of prof. Jasna Đuričić, and her MA in acting in 2016.  Joined the YDT ensemble in 2021.

AWARDS: Annual Award for her performance in My Husband, co-recipient of the Branka and Mlađa Veselinović Award together with Sanja Marković (2022), Nebojša  Glogovac Award for outstanding artistic creation by a young actor, together with Sanja Marković (2022), for her performance in My Husband received the Special jury award at the Two-Hander theatre festival in Topola and Best actress award at the Zaplet 13 International Festival in Banja Luka (2021). Belović received the Best actress award at the BašTeatar festval in 2020, the Bar Chronicles best actress award in 2019, the Aleksinac festival best actress award in 2019 and the University of Novi Sad award for major contribution to the arts in 2014.
